About Cyb3rSyn Labs

Cyb3rSyn Labs is a startup born out of the failures of mainstream management practices!

Cyb3rSyn is a leetspeak nod to Project CyberSyn, architected by Stafford Beer, the father of Management Cybernetics. The word CyberSyn is a portmanteau of the words 'Cybernetics' and 'Synergy'.

Cyb3rSyn Labs is a crusade against our blind chasing of Taylorism, reductionism and efficiency. It will primarily be in the business of trading ideas! Its immediate focus will be to help accelerate the transition away from mainstream management practices and build a new generation of entrepreneurs and leaders for the 21st century.

To that end, subscribe to my newsletter. If you’d like to amplify your learning, join the community to interact with and learn from fellow technology executives, cybersecurity executives/practitioners and entrepreneurs. Gain insights from systems thinking, cybernetics, complexity science, and other disciplines that will improve your effectiveness at work.

As its founder, I hope to learn the most profound lessons about intervening in complex systems!

~ Laksh Raghavan

"To be wrong slashes variety; one thing the scientist knows full well is that, in experiments, it is just about as useful to be wrong as to be right. Both outcomes attenuate variety, until the search homes onto the answer that we seek."
